— The Rules That Govern Your Account

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits or payment methods verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• 799pk does not accept or process payments from third parties. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the name of the 799pk account holder.
• Any evidence of fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion and to the general bonus policy outlined in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Players should review wag ering requirements carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

• Live In-Play Betting: Live betting markets are subject to delays and suspension during significant match events. 799pk will not be liable for bets placed after a relevant event has occurred but before the market has been suspended due to data feed latency.
• Match Abandonment & Rain: For cricket matches affected by weather or other interruptions, 799pk's settlement policy will follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, PCB, or PSL). If no official result is declared, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Void Bets: 799pk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there is evidence of match manipulation, corruption, or a clear pricing error.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sporting bet, the official result as recorded by the governing body of the relevant sport shall be final and binding.

799pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by 799pk.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure.
• A player's voluntary request to self-exclude under the 799pk Responsible Gaming policy.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

Upon closure of an account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of verification requirements and a reasonable processing period.

Nothing in this clause limits 799pk's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in respect of a breach of these Terms by a player.
